I offer numerous fitness training options, from one-on-one personal training to group classes and buggy workouts! Please take a look below and please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.

 

ONE ON ONE

Personal Training

Whether you are new to personal training or have had a trainer in the past, it’s important that you feel comfortable to train with me and that we will work well together.   Part of this is to understand what is involved to ensure I can meet your reasons for having a trainer.

Our first session will involve a fitness assessment and any measurements (if relevant to your goals).   This provides our baseline to ensure we can see progress over time.  This is a very informal, easy session.  

Prior to our next session we will agree goals and timescales, with milestone markers to ensure we stay on track.   I will design a programme to help you achieve your goals, in a realistic, sustainable way that fits into your lifestyle.

Throughout our training, I will be available outside of sessions to answer any questions you may have.

I am a mobile personal trainer so can come to you, a local park or gym - wherever suits you and where you feel comfortable.  I provide all equipment and use a variety of methods to keep things interesting and challenge you, including boxing, kettlebells, TRX, strength training, HIIT, functional training etc.  If at home we do not need a lot of space and I can plan sessions for all spaces.

I offer a FREE initial consultation.  This is a no-obligation informal chat, either on the phone or in person over a cuppa, to discuss your goals and aims and how I can help you achieve them.  It’s a chance for you to ask any questions and find out more about personal training to determine if I am a good fit for you. Classes

Group exercise is a fun, informal and motivational way to achieve personal fitness goals.

Circuits/Boxercise - A fun strength and cardio based workout which is different every time.  Works the whole body using a variety of equipment and leaves you with a great feeling after.  These classes can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and age.  Mixed and female only classes available.

Bootcamp - using the great outdoors as our gym, these classes are a great combination of cardio and strength training using mostly body weight exercises and the local environment to add that extra surprise to the class.

As part of my Personal Training rates, I offer FREE access to all my group classes.  This is a great way to include an additional workout without the extra cost.
